Shipping policy

When we ship

Orders paid on a working day are usually shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are shipped on the next working day.

Where and how

We ship within Poland: to an InPost Paczkomat parcel locker or by courier. You will see the available options and their prices in the cart before you pay. “Standard” delivery is free on orders of 150 zł or more.

Tracking your parcel

Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a tracking link.
